Order follow up notifications
Send timely follow-up messages to customers after their orders are placed, keeping them informed about their order status and encouraging engagement.
Status support:
- Order Notification (Pending Payment)
- Order Notification (failed)
- Order Notification (On-Hold)
- Order Notification (processing)
- Order Notification (completed)
- Order Notification (refunded)
- Order Notification (cancelled)
How it work
Navigate to Notifications > Follow-Up Messages then Choose Sender
Click “Create New” to add new Follow up message
Select status like for ex “Completed” option.

Add the message that you want to be sent to the user, such as a request for an evaluation or anything else
Like “Hi we need your feedback about our product”

You can specify the sending time in minutes, hours, or days

In all WooCommerce notifications, you can always attach an image to the message

After adding the required information, you can click the Create button to create a follow-up message
