Free Account and Trial Features:
- Wawp provides each user with a free account that includes lifetime access to all features, subject to a limit of 50 messages monthly. This free trial allows users to fully experience our services before considering an upgrade.
- By using the free account, you acknowledge that you have had ample opportunity to evaluate Wawp’s services and confirm that they meet your expectations and needs.

Upgrade Agreement:
- Upgrading your account indicates that you have thoroughly tested and are satisfied with the Wawp services. By upgrading, you affirm that you understand and accept all aspects of the service, including but not limited to its functionality, features, and message limits.
- If you have any confusion or questions about our services, it is your responsibility to contact us via WhatsApp before making any purchase. We are available to clarify any information or resolve any doubts.

Refund Policy:
- No Refunds After Purchase: Once you have upgraded your account, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds except in the specific cases outlined below. This policy is in place because the service is delivered as described, and an upgrade signifies full satisfaction and acceptance.
- Exceptions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Payment Method Concerns: If there are any doubts or issues with the payment method used, we reserve the right to investigate. Should we determine that the payment is problematic, we will issue a refund.
- Service Inaccessibility: In the rare event that we are unable to provide you with access to the service due to reasons related solely to our system (e.g., unable to log into your account at app.wawp.net), a refund will be issued.

- Please note that WordPress plugins have a unique nature, and issues arising from the customer’s website environment are not the responsibility of Wawp. Our commitment is to provide general support to help you verify and troubleshoot problems. We will provide updates and fixes only if the issue is directly related to our plugin. However, we are not responsible for issues that stem from the customer’s website, hosting environment, or any third-party services used by the customer.
- Wawp’s sole responsibility toward the customer is to ensure the proper linkage of the API between the Wawp system and the customer’s site, and to confirm that messages can be sent successfully. Any other issues are the customer’s responsibility.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy:
- By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to file a chargeback or dispute with your bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or any other financial institution, except in the circumstances specifically outlined in the Refund Policy.
- Any chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of these terms will be considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, Wawp reserves the right to contest the chargeback and present this agreement as evidence of your acknowledgment and acceptance of our no-refund policy.
