These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Wawp service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the WhatsApp terms of service and Islamic law. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
The Service is intended solely for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content that you transmit or receive through the Service.
3. Modification and Termination of Service
Wawp reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason. Wawp shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wawp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the Service. Wawp disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wawp or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or this Agreement, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, even if Wawp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wawp’s total liability to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the Service or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service during the active subscription period.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Modifications to Agreement
Wawp reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice, by posting a new version on its website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications shall constitute your agreement to the modified terms.
12. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Wawp. Wawp may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without your consent to any affiliate or acquiring entity.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp terms of service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wawp with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
15. Waiver
The failure of Wawp to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Prohibited Uses
In addition to all other terms in this Agreement, you may not use the Service to:
- Promote, host, or otherwise facilitate IPTV services or content that infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Distribute or promote any content or activities that violate any trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- Distribute or promote any content or engage in any activities that go beyond the permissible boundaries of Islamic law, including but not limited to content deemed immoral or haram, gambling-related services, or other activities strictly prohibited under Islamic principles.
- Sell or promote subscriptions to video streaming platforms such as Shahid, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, or any similar services.
- Sell or promote music subscription platforms such as YouTube Music, Anghami, Spotify, or any similar services.
- Sell or promote smoking-related products, including vaping devices, coils, or any derivatives.
- Sell or promote sexual services or products of any kind.
- Promote or deal with gambling or betting websites, or anything similar.
- Promote financial products or services involving interest (riba), including certificates of deposit, bonds, loans, credit cards, installment plans or treasury bills, or any other financial products or services involving interest (riba).
Important Notice: Any use of the Service conflicting with these restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension or termination of your account and WhatsApp link without prior notice and without any refund obligation.
17. WhatsApp Number Suspension and Bans Disclaimer
WhatsApp is an independent service. The user acknowledges that Wawp is a connection utility only. Wawp is not responsible in any way for any limitations, suspensions, or permanent bans imposed by WhatsApp on phone numbers linked to the Service resulting from message dispatch patterns deemed as spam or policy violations by WhatsApp's anti-abuse algorithms. The user agrees that no refunds or financial compensation will be provided for number blocks.
18. Recipient Consent Obligation (Anti-Spam Policy)
The merchant (the Service user) represents and warrants that they are solely responsible for obtaining explicit, legally valid opt-in consent from all recipients before transmitting any automated or marketing communications through WhatsApp or Email using the Service. Broad-scale unsolicited messaging (Spam) is strictly prohibited.
19. Infrastructure Dependency
Wawp's service availability depends on WhatsApp network stability. Wawp does not guarantee 100% immediate delivery of all messages or uninterrupted platform availability during network interruptions, though Wawp will make commercial best efforts to deliver software patches and restore compatibility.
21. User Dashboard Terms (app.wawp.net)
The User Dashboard accessible via (app.wawp.net) is your central control panel, governed by the following rules:
- QR Code Connection Responsibility: The user acknowledges that linking their device by scanning the QR code inside the dashboard is initiated entirely under their custody and sole responsibility.
- Session & Account Security: The user is exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their login credentials and managing their active WhatsApp connected sessions to prevent unauthorized access.
- Quota Consumption: Message volumes, webhook flows, and active chatbot statistics are calculated automatically inside the dashboard, and are bound by the explicit limits of the selected plan.
22. Developer API Terms of Use (api.wawp.net)
The Developer API Gateway accessible via (api.wawp.net) enables automated system integrations and is subject to the following terms:
- API Access Credentials & Security: Unique API tokens are provisioned to the user. The user is strictly required to secure these credentials and bears full legal liability for any data transmission initiated via their keys.
- Rate Limiting & Server Protection: To maintain system availability and platform stability, Wawp reserves the absolute right to impose rate limits (requests per second/minute) and to temporarily or permanently restrict any account abusing the API infrastructure.
- Prohibition of Malicious Payloads: Transmitting malicious files, shell codes, database injection commands, or raw scripts targeting the compromise of our networks is strictly prohibited.
23. Help Center & Integration Guides Disclaimer (help.wawp.net)
All code samples, plugin setup tutorials, WooCommerce workflows, and guides published on (help.wawp.net) are subject to this disclaimer:
All configuration documentations, API templates, and technical integration instructions are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for educational and troubleshooting guidance only. Wawp does not represent or warrant 100% error-free compatibility with your individual host environment, customized server configuration, or third-party plugin stacks. Under no circumstances shall Wawp be liable for database corruption, server crashes, downtime, or script conflicts arising on your self-hosted WordPress/WooCommerce site as a result of implementing our documentation guides.
