No refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances if your WhatsApp account is banned by Meta or suspended by Wawp for breaching the Anti-Spam Policy.
4. WordPress Plugin Disclaimer and Support Policy
Please note that WordPress plugins have a unique nature, and issues arising from the customer’s website environment (such as plugin conflicts, theme issues, or server settings) are not the responsibility of Wawp.
Our commitment is to provide general support to help you verify and troubleshoot problems. We will provide updates and fixes only if the issue is directly related to our plugin. However, we are not responsible for issues that stem from the customer’s website, hosting environment, or any third-party services used by the customer.
Wawp’s sole responsibility toward the customer is to ensure the proper linkage of the API between the Wawp system and the customer’s site, and to confirm that messages can be sent successfully. Any other issues are the customer’s responsibility.
