1. Supported Payment Methods
We provide our users with a variety of secure global and local payment options. For more information, please review our official Payment Methods page, which includes:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Global digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link).
- PayPal Electronic Gateway.
- Local electronic mobile wallets in Egypt (such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash).
- InstaPay bank transfer application (inside Egypt only).
2. Service Activation Speed
Account or balance activation speed varies depending on the selected payment method:

3. Subscription Billing Terms (Recurring)
For recurring billing plans (monthly or annual subscription cycles):
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Charges will be automatically processed using your linked card/account via Stripe or PayPal.
- Users can cancel their active subscriptions at any time with a single click directly from the user dashboard at app.wawp.net.
- Upon cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current prepaid billing period.
4. Lifetime Package Terms
For one-time purchase lifetime packages:
- Users pay a one-time flat fee for lifetime package access, with absolute zero recurring annual or monthly fees.
- The payment is processed as a secure, final transaction through Stripe or PayPal, activating features on your account immediately.
5. Data Security and External Providers (Stripe & PayPal)
We prioritize your financial data safety. Wawp does not store, archive, or directly process your credit card details on its servers. All payments are encrypted and secured through PCI-DSS compliant providers:
Stripe Payment Gateway: All credit card transactions processed via Stripe are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
PayPal Payment Gateway: PayPal transactions are governed by the PayPal User Agreement and PayPal Privacy Statement.
6. Refunds and Disputes
All upgrade payments and subscription transactions are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined under the Wawp Refund Policy.
