Affiliate Terms

Affiliate, you, your: Any individual or entity approved to participate in the Program.

Program: Wawp’s affiliate marketing initiative, enabling Affiliates to earn commissions on referrals and sales.

Referral: A new user who registers on Wawp via your unique affiliate link or code.

Qualified Referral: A Referral that meets all verification, compliance, and anti-fraud requirements.

Sale: A completed transaction (paid invoice) for Wawp products or services traceable to your link.

Net Revenue: Total amount paid by referred customers, less refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and transaction fees.

Commission: The monetary reward due to you for each Qualified Referral or Sale.

Eligibility Criteria: Must be at least 18 years old (or majority age in your jurisdiction). Provide accurate personal and/or business details (name, address, tax ID). Maintain a valid, active email address and website or social-media presence.

Application Process: Complete the online application at wawp.net/affiliate. Wawp may request additional documentation (e.g. business registration, traffic reports).

Approval & Onboarding: Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link, banner ads, and marketing materials. You must accept any further program policies or brand guidelines Wawp publishes.

Marketing Practices: Use only Wawp-approved creatives; do not alter logos, trademarks, or promotional copy. Promote ethically and transparently—clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC or local regulations.

Paid Search Limitations: Do not engage in paid search bidding on Wawp trademark terms without prior written consent.

Prohibited Activities: No cookie-stacking, link cloaking, bot traffic, or unsolicited spam. No incentive-based referrals unless explicitly allowed by Wawp (e.g. “Sign up and get €5” promotions). No negative or misleading statements about competitors or Wawp’s services.

Attribution Mechanism: Wawp uses first-click or last-click cookie tracking (90-day duration) and unique codes for attribution.

Qualified Referral Criteria: Referral registers via your link, completes onboarding (linked WhatsApp number and website), and passes KYC checks. No self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or evidence of fraudulent behavior.

Sale Qualification: Only paid, non-refunded, non-chargeback Sales within the cookie window qualify. Net Revenue is used for commission calculation—refunds or chargebacks will claw back commissions if already paid. Raising discrepancies must occur within 60 days.

Commission Types:

• Signup Reward: €0.10 per Qualified Referral.
• Sales Commission: 20% of Net Revenue from referred Sales.

Payment Threshold & Timing: Minimum payout threshold is €20.00 in your Wawp wallet. All payments are in EUR.

Payout Methods:

• Instant methods (e.g. Vodafone Cash): processed immediately upon request.
• Deferred methods (e.g. PayPal): may require up to 72 hours for confirmation.

Wawp may periodically audit your traffic sources, KYC documents, and marketing practices. Any manipulation of clicks, registrations, or Sales (e.g. bots, fake accounts) is strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Fraud:

• First Offense: Immediate withholding of suspicious commissions, investigation, and potential reversal.
• Second Offense: Suspension of account pending review.
• Severe or Repeated Offenses: Permanent termination of Program participation and legal action if warranted.

Within 12 months of payment, Wawp may recalculate, adjust, withhold, or reclaim commissions if irregularities surface.

Confidentiality: Affiliates may have access to non-public Program performance data; you must keep such information confidential.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England & Wales.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Wawp’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
