It will send if order was created by the user
Or the status of the order was changed by WooCommerce manager from within Wp-admin.
Explanation of the Wawp notification Message card for WhatsApp
Wawp Notification card contains:
1 – A drop-down list called Add personation: It contains all the placeholders you need to customize the message, such as first and last name…etc. of the order information.
2 – A drop-down list called Select Template: These are WhatsApp messages ready for pre-use according to each order situation.
3 – Writing area, which contains the visible face symbol: Click on the visible face symbol to open the emoji library to include all the pictorial elements you need to make the message emotionally expressive.
4 – Image upload area: It is used to include an image attached to the message that will be sent. This image can be uploaded from within your WordPress site or included as an external link.
